Dr Florian Schütz
Florian leads Transferwissenschaft research project, as well as the Innovation Ecosystem Strategies team at the Center for Responsible Research and Innovation (CeRRI) of Fraunhofer IAO. His work focuses on the strategic management of research and innovation. His work supports organisations and companies in designing and making the most of their own innovation ecosystem. To this end, he and his team develop new approaches for collaborative innovation and successful knowledge and technology transfer between actors from science, business, politics and society.
Florian leads interdisciplinary and agile research teams that integrate methods from the social sciences with approaches from design and innovation research. In the past, he designed and led numerous studies and consulting projects for businesses as well as academic and political organisations. Florian studied political science, sociology, and business and social psychology at the University of Göttingen. He received his PhD from Technical University of Berlin in 2020.
